MVP selections! More free agency!

The AL and NL MVP and manager of the year were announced earlier this week, and here's a breakdown.
AL MVP: Mookie Betts, OF, Boston Red Sox
I honestly can't think of anyone better than this guy. He had a career year, with highs in stolen bases, batting average, RBI, and home runs. He also had a great deal of defensive assists and fine glovework, winning a gold glove in right field. He's also a father now.
NL MVP: Christian Yelich, OF, Milwaukee Brewers
This was kind of a tougher decision, considering Nolan Arenado was spectacular as well, but Yelich definitely deserves this award. Like Betts, Yelich also had a coming out party this season, helping slug the Brew Crew to the NLCS, a tough series loss against the Dodgers. The Brewers have a couple good years left, and Yelich and Lorenzo Cain will lead the pack for these guys.
AL Manager of the year: Bob Melvin, Oakland Athletics
If you ask me, Alex Cora got snubbed. Sure, Cora had the highest payroll in baseball, but he turned a good 93 win team into a great 108 win team in his first year as a manager and only second as a coach(he was a bench coach for the Houston Astros last year). He did pretty much everything right in his rookie year, and while he'll say he isn't perfect, he did do a good job. Bob Melvin did take a team with potential and a lot of missing pieces to the playoffs on baseball's lowest payroll, I'll give him credit for that. This isn't the 1st time he's won this award either.
NL Manager of the year: Brian Snitker, Atlanta Braves
Kind of a no brainer here. Snitker took a team of rag tag guys and youth to the playoffs a year or two ahead of schedule. I do think the x-factor for them was calling up Ronald Acuna at the end of April. Regardless, the rookie manager lead this team well, and he deserves the award.
