NL East:
Atlanta Braves: Catcher
They signed Brian McCann to a 1 year deal, but could be looking for a backup. They wanted JT Realmuto, but didn't get him. Honestly, the options out there aren't really that appealing.
Potential FA Targets: Martin Maldonado, Matt Wieters
Miami Marlins: First Baseman
They could use just about everything, but after Justin Bour left, 1st base is their priority.
Potential FA Targets: Logan Morrison, Hanley Ramirez
New York Mets: Relief pitching
They got Jeurys Familia back and signed Justin Wilson, but bullpens can always be stabilized
Potential FA Targets: Tyler Clippard, Nick Vincent, Tony Sipp
Philadelphia Phillies: Power bat
Manny Machado is now off the market, so Bryce Harper would be your best bet. There's really no other big power guy left, unless you think Martin Maldonado is a power bat

Washington Nationals: Starting pitching
They snagged Patrick Corbin earlier this winter, but Gio Gonzalez is a free agent, and you need a couple more starters to put behind your top pitchers anyway

NL Central:
Chicago Cubs: Starting Pitching
I mean, Cole Hamels is back, but that's for one year, so another starter couldn't hurt

St.Louis Cardinals: Power Bat
Unless you want to make a late push for Bryce Harper, look for Marwin Gonzalez the utility man, and Martin Maldonado is serviceable too

Pittsburgh Pirates: Shortstop
Kevin Newman is not a top tier shortstop, and there's only one real shortstop left on the market, Jose Iglesias. Unless they want to trade for one, sign Iglesias. He's got a good glove
Milwaukee Brewers: Relief pitching
Bullpens can be stabilized, and Milwaukee could use another good arm to be scarier
Potential FA Targets: Tony Sipp, Tyler Clippard, Adam Warren
Cincinnati Reds: Starting pitching
They need rotation help desperately. That's all that needs to be said
Potential FA Targets: Ervin Santana, Chris Tillman, Yovani Gallardo, Bartolo Colon, Dallas Keuchel, Gio Gonzalez
NL West:
Los Angeles Dodgers: Relief pitching
Ryan Madson is gone after his world series implosion, along with Brandon Morrow and Tony Watson. Maybe re-sign Madson, just don't use him in playoffs?
Potential FA Targets: Ryan Madson, Tony Sipp, Adam Warren, Bud Norris, Santiago Casilla
Arizona Diamondbacks: Starting pitching
Patrick Corbin is gone. They need some pitching
Potential FA Targets: Dallas Keuchel, James Shields, Bartolo Colon, Ervin Santana, Gio Gonzalez
Colorado Rockies: Impact Bat
They're not gonna go for Bryce Harper. They should get a second base replacement for DJ Lemahieu
Potential FA Targets: Marwin Gonzalez, Josh Harrison, Jose Reyes
San Diego Padres: Starting Pitching
You just got Machado, so you'll be fine there, but pitching needs to be addressed. They have some good prospects, so they could swing a trade, or stick to free agency
Potential FA Targets: Dallas Keuchel, Bartolo Colon, Gio Gonzalez, Ervin Santana
San Francisco Giants: Impact Bat
You may get Bryce Harper, but you might not. He's the only power bat left. Maybe get a mid range bat?
Potentail FA Targets: Marwin Gonzalez, Jose Iglesias, Josh Harrison, Adam Jones, Jose Bautista
