Nats' Turner breaks finger on bunt attempt

Washington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner broke his index finger during last night's game against Philadelphia, according to Jamal Collier. Turner suffered the injury while attempting a bunt. Turner said that  it "Doesn’t matter if it’s the first game or the last game of the year - injuries aren’t fun. Takes you out of the lineup, takes you out of the game and you just want to be out there competing. Not fun, but it is what it is."He was placed on the 10 day injured list today and called up Adrian Sanchez from Triple A Syracuse. There is no timetable for Turner's return.
