Arizona Diamondbacks: Daulton Varsho, C
Varsho is somewhat of a rarity as a catcher. He has a great blend of power and speed, giving him 20-20 potential in a full season. He has an aggressive approach at the plate but can also manage the strike zone well. He gets on base at a high clip as well, thanks to his high walk rate. He is projected as an above average hitter thanks to his swing, which allows him to hit to all fields. Varsho could be the next big guy in Arizona.

Los Angeles Dodgers: Josiah Gray, RHP
Gray, the 3rd overall prospect in the Dodgers system, has electric stuff. His fastball routinely hits 97 on the gun and has rising action at the plate, making it difficult to hit. His second pitch, the slider, is also a deadly weapon with good sink to fool hitters sitting on fastball. He also throws in a curveball occasionally. His athleticism also bodes well for when he has to field comebackers.

San Diego Padres: Mackenzie Gore, LHP
Gore has incredible athleticism on the mound, which can be seen with his high, sweeping leg kick in his delivery. That helps give Gore his speed in his fastball, which has topped out at 96 so far. His curveball and slider are his secondary pitches, and both have the movement necessary to be effective in the major leagues. He uses his changeup the least, but it is still an effective pitch when used. This kid can pair with Chris Paddack at the top of the rotation soon and form a deadly one-two punch.

Colorado Rockies: Brendan Rodgers, 2B
Rodgers briefly debuted last season, but this season, he'll burst onto the scene. His incredible bat speed gives him great power, as well as the ability to hit for average. He can hit to all fields, and showed consistent ability to go the other way. Rodgers is aggressive at the plate, but has raised his walk rate with more patience. He's not a speed guy, but makes smart decisions while baserunning.

San Francisco Giants: Joey Bart, C
Bart, the heir apparent to Buster Posey, is now the number one catcher in San Francisco with Posey opting out. His bat speed and strength gives Bart more power than most catchers. Most of his contact is hit to his pull side, but he has the ability necessary to consistently go the other way, he just hasn't done it yet. His defense has also been improving, and has gold glove upside. Bart could be in San Francisco to stay thanks to Posey opting out.
