The Chicago Cubs have fortified their bullpen with signing Brad Brach to a 1 year, $4.35 million deal. There is a team option for 2020 included in the deal, according to Ken Rosenthal. The Cubs bullpen is expected to be without closer Brandon Morrow for a month at least. Brach had a 3.59 ERA last year between the Baltimore Orioles and the Atlanta Braves
