Every team's biggest need this offseason-AL edition

Well, since spring training is underway, we'll take a look at every AL team's biggest offseason need, by division
AL East
Baltimore Orioles: Literally everything
The Orioles are in the midst of a full scale rebuild, selling off a lot of key pieces at the deadline last year. They won't be any better this year, probably even worse, and they just need to stockpile draft picks and cost control players at this point.
Toronto Blue Jays: Starting Pitching
Blue Jays starters ranked 28th in MLB with a 5.14 ERA, and they could use rotation help, even with the possibility of top prospects Sean Reid-Foley and Thomas Pannone getting action this year.
Potential FA targets: Gio Gonzalez, Clay Buccholz, James Shields, Chris Tillman, Yovani Gallardo
Tampa Bay Rays: Starting pitching
With the Rays frequency to use an "opener" rather than a starting pitcher last season, a solid starting pitcher could be a good investment for them this offseason.
Potential FA Targets: Clay Buccholz, James Shields, Chris Tillman, Gio Gonzalez, Bartolo Colon
New York Yankees: Nothing
They got their pitching, both rotation and bullpen solidified pretty good this offseason, which was their biggest need
Boston Red Sox: Closer
The Sox need a closer after the departure of Craig Kimbrel, who still remains a free agent. While they could re-sign him, they are preparing to go through the season without him. With Joe Kelly gone too, the top options for closer are Ryan Brasier and Matt Barnes
Potential FA Targets: Craig Kimbrel

AL Central:
Cleveland Indians: Outfield/Bullpen
With Michael Brantley, Lonnie Chisenhall, and Melky Cabrera gone, the team needs outfield help, and they lost Cody Allen and Andrew Miller in the bullpen, their top relievers.
Potential FA Targets: Jose Bautista, Adam Jones, Chris Young, Carlos Gomez, Marwin Gonzalez, Tony Sipp, Tyler Clippard, Adam Warren, Ryan Madson
Minnesota Twins: Relief pitching
Their bullpen and rotation ranked 22nd in the majors last season, and after the Twins dealt Ryan Pressly and Fernando Rodney, the bullpen needs fortification.
Potential FA Targets: Adam Warren, Ryan Madson, Tony Sipp, Tyler Clippard, Bud Norris, Joaquin Benoit
Kansas City Royals: Relief Pitching
KC's bullpen ranked 29th in MLB last year, with a 5.04 ERA. Their 2014 and 2015 pennant teams were built on strong bullpens, so it would make sense for Dayton Moore to add in that area
Potential FA Targets:  Adam Warren, Ryan Madson, Tony Sipp, Tyler Clippard, Bud Norris, Joaquin Benoit
Detroit Tigers: Starting Pitching
While Detroit needs a shortstop and another outfielder, starting pitching is their most notable need.
Potential FA Targets: Clay Buccholz, James Shields, Chris Tillman
Chicago White Sox: Any pitching
Chicago is about a year away from playoff contention, although they have tried to lure Manny Machado to the South Side. A couple starters and bullpen pieces can only help them out
Potential FA Targets: Dallas Keuchel, Clay Buccholz, James Shields, Adam Warren

AL West:
Houston Astros: Catcher
Martin Maldonado is a free agent, and Brian McCann signed with Atlanta. Plus, they missed out on JT Realmuto, who signed with the Phillies
Potential FA Targets: Martin Maldonado, Matt Wieters
Los Angeles Angels: Pitching
Shohei Ohtani won't pitch this year, and Matt Harvey doesn't seem like an ace anymore. They need a 1st baseman and catcher, but pitching is definitely their most pressing issue, especially after Matt Shoemaker left.
Potential FA Targets: Dallas Keuchel, Gio Gonzalez, Bartolo Colon, Ervin Santana
Oakland Athletics: Pitching
Their bullpen is good, but Jeurys Familia is gone, and ace Sean Manaea is out for a while after Tommy John surgery.  They did re-sign Brett Anderson.
Potential FA Targets: Gio Gonzalez, Ervin Santana, Tony Sipp, Adam Warren, James Shields
Seattle Mariners: Center Field
Dee Gordon is at 2nd due to Robinson Cano's PED suspension, and Cano could DH or play 1st base. Denard Span could return, the M's liked what they saw from him.
Potential FA targets: Denard Span, Adam Jones, Chris Young, Carlos Gomez
Texas Rangers: Starting pitching
The rotation is priority in Arlington, with a lot of question marks, especially after Bartolo Colon left.
Potential FA targets: Gio Gonzalez, Clay Buccholz, Dallas Keuchel, James Shields, Bartolo Colon, Yovani Gallardo, Chris Tillman, Miguel Gonzalez, Ervin Santana
