Well, there goes Mike Trout's reinforcements. Angels outfielder Justin Upton will be out 8-12 weeks due to toe issues, or as manager Brad Ausmus called it, "Turf Toe." Upton previously missed most of spring training due to right knee tendinitis. Last season, he hit 30 home runs along with 85 RBI in his first full season with the Angels. He was acquired in a trade with the Detroit Tigers at the 2017 trade deadline.
