The Toronto Blue Jays claimed righty Zac Rosscup off waivers from the Seattle Mariners. Jimmy Cordero was DFA'd to make room for Rosscup. He has a 3.21 ERA through 14 appearances with the Mariners. He was DFA'd by Seattle due to his very high walk rate, but Rosscup also has a high strikeout rate as well.
